This is the glass of water that went missing at some point yesterday. Looked all over and couldn’t find it. This morning when I reached for the cereal, there was my water glass, sitting on the top shelf of the pantry like it belonged there. I have no memory of putting it there.

Here are some things we can do to help…
1. Meditate. Even if only for 3 minutes a day, it strengthens the brain’s ability to focus. Keep it simple and don’t worry about “doing it right.” Just do it.
